No where to go

No where to be right now
There’s only you…in my arms

I can feel...the space us between us growing

Now I know I can’t be holding you anymore, anymore

I just feel so alone
Here I am on my own
There you go walking away from me
There I am…just me

[Instrumental]

No where to go
No where to be right now
There’s only you
No where to go

No where to go

inside track
When you love someone very deeply, spend every waking minute with them and then suddenly they’re gone, it’s hard to know how to be happy ever again.  How do you live?  What do you do?  Where do you?  It can be a lonely existence, especially for older people who are separated by the death of their life-long spouse.  The first time I recorded this song was when it was played extemporaneously.  I shared with Seth Kibel who knew exactly what it needed – his wonderful flute.  Incidentally, if you listen closely, you can hear my bamboo curtain beads, a bowl of sea shells and me beating drums sticks on a leather lamp shade.

REVIEWS

This song is the audio equivalent of sitting on the beach on a warm summer evening. It is inherently romantic and perfect for setting the mood for just those right moments.

Nicole goes deeper into (a) sense of abandonment on “No Where To Go,” drifting almost to a stop inside of these elongated vocal lines.

Let me just state up front that I love the Moody Blues; however this cover blows me away! I love the recreation of this song that John Nicole does...it is as good as the original in my opinion!
